Flow of Life explores the intelligence that exists beneath the surface of things. Inspired by the movement of water, frequency, and natural pattern, the painting reflects the idea that life is constantly shifting, responding, and reorganising itself, even when we cannot fully see it happening.

The flowing blue forms move like currents, breath, or emotional states, sometimes calm, sometimes powerful, but always in motion. Overlaid across the surface is the Flower of Life geometry, appearing and dissolving throughout the composition like an underlying blueprint woven into existence itself. Some parts are bright and defined, while others fade into the background, echoing how moments of clarity come and go throughout our lives.

At the centre, the geometry becomes stronger and more illuminated, suggesting a quiet point of coherence within the movement. Not a destination, but a reminder that beneath uncertainty, change, and complexity there is still an order to life that we can learn to move with rather than against.

The copper tones introduce warmth and aliveness into the cool blues, creating a balance between fluidity and structure, emotion and awareness, movement and stillness.

*Flow of Life* is ultimately about trust. Trusting timing. Trusting change. Trusting that even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming, there is often a deeper rhythm carrying us forward.
