Years of accumulated trauma had left me navigating addiction, complex PTSD, depression, and a near-total absence of self-worth. From the outside, I functioned. Internally, I was fractured, exhausted, and disconnected from myself.

In 2017, a profound mystical experience interrupted that trajectory.

It did not fix my life.

Instead, it switched something on.

For the first time, I could observe my inner world with clarity. I could see the patterns, defences and inherited beliefs that had shaped my suffering.

What followed was not a sudden transformation. It was a long, non-linear process of rebuilding from within.

I did not rely on medication or long-term therapy. Instead, I began listening deeply to my intuition — a faculty that had awakened with startling precision — and allowed it to guide my healing.

Through disciplined inner work, hypnosis-informed practices, meditation, plant medicine integration, and dedicated self-inquiry, I began unwinding trauma patterns, rewiring conditioned responses, and rebuilding a relationship with myself rooted in awareness rather than survival.

This was not easy work.

It required honesty, courage, and sustained presence.

But it revealed something undeniable:

The human system is hardwired for healing when given the right conditions and tools.

The work I share today emerged from this lived reconstruction.

Not theory.
Not borrowed philosophy.

But the direct experience of healing from the inside out.
