Welcome to Anise Leader Art. By using this website and purchasing our products—including fine art prints, original artworks, NFTs, and the Quantum Consciousness Cards deck—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using this site or making purchases.
1. GENERAL TERMS
Ownership
All content on this site, including artwork, images, graphics, text, product descriptions, and designs, is the intellectual property of Anise Leader and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. No part of this site or our products may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to hack, inject malicious code, or violate any local laws in your jurisdiction while using our website.
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
2. ECOMMERCE – PRINTS & POD ARTWORK
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in [currency, e.g. EUR]. Payments are processed securely via our chosen payment processors.
You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful purchase.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for items lost due to incorrect shipping details.
Returns & Refunds
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged in transit.
We will require photos and details of the damage. If approved, you may return the item at your expense for a replacement or refund.
After 48 hours from delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No Guarantees of Resale Value
The purchase of any original artwork or print is for personal enjoyment only. We make no guarantees regarding any current or future resale value or demand.
3. NFT PURCHASES – DIGITAL ASSETS & RIGHTS
Ownership of NFT vs Copyright
When you purchase an NFT from Anise Leader Art, you own the unique token on the blockchain.
However, you do not own the copyright or commercial rights to reproduce, sell, or modify the underlying artwork.
License for Personal Display
Your NFT purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the artwork for personal use only, including in virtual galleries or personal social media, provided it does not imply endorsement by Anise Leader.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Use the artwork to market or sell unrelated products
Mint derivative NFTs
Commercialize the artwork in any way
Alter, distort, or create derivative works based on the artwork
No Guarantees of Market Value
The popularity or market value of NFTs may fluctuate. We do not guarantee any increase (or retention) of value. You assume all risks related to fluctuations in market interest or pricing.
4. QUANTUM CONSCIOUSNESS CARDS – PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Orders
By pre-ordering the Quantum Consciousness Cards deck, you acknowledge this is an advance purchase for a product currently in production, with an anticipated launch date of November 2025.
This date is an estimate and may be subject to reasonable delays. We will communicate updates if timelines change.
Refunds on Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are final and non-refundable prior to the official launch and shipping of the product. Refunds will only be considered if we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order at all.
5. COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artworks, card designs, symbols, writings, and digital assets on this site and in our products are © Anise Leader. All rights reserved.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of any artwork, cards, prints, or digital assets is strictly prohibited.
Certain names, logos, and symbols may be pending trademark registration. Use without permission is expressly forbidden.
6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Artistic Variation
We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. However, slight color or texture variations may occur due to monitor differences or the handmade and printed nature of the artwork.
Energetic & Spiritual Disclaimer
The Quantum Consciousness Cards and all related artwork, writings, and interpretations are intended for personal exploration and self-reflection only.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, or financial advice and should not replace professional guidance.
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or transformations; your personal experience is unique to you.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, labor strikes, shipping disruptions, or internet outages.
